How to Request an Exchange

Contact us via WhatsApp or call at 03342615105 within 15 days of receiving your order

Tell us which fragrance you want to exchange and which one you'd like instead

We'll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send back the product

Once we receive the product, we dispatch your new fragrance within 2-3 days

Eligible for Exchange

  • Product received within the last 15 days
  • Bottle is more than 80% full (max 20% used)
  • Original packaging intact (box/bag)
  • No physical damage to the bottle
  • Purchased directly from Shehwaar (shehwaar.store or our official stores)

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used more than 20% of the product
  • More than 15 days since delivery
  • Product purchased from a third-party reseller
  • Tester/sample sets
  • Damaged packaging due to customer mishandling

Exchange vs. Refund

Shehwaar currently offers exchanges only — not cash refunds. You may exchange your fragrance for any other product of equal or higher value (paying the difference for higher-priced items).

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective product or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free pickup and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
